Tasked with updating an old dated 55,000 sq ft. steel warehouse into various education centers, the space was converted into an “urban chic” theme, adding futuristic décor and geometric elements to emphasize how furniture can be art. The Facility comprises of 20 classrooms, admin offices, four biotech laboratories, and a 200-person auditorium. GBA also added additional entries and revised the site plan to include more parking, retention ponds, and a connected pedestrian path, all complimenting the campus master plan. This project achieved LEED Silver Certification by the USGBC.
