Client: Horizon Plan Building Committee

Size: 5,000 SF + 2,500 SF Deck

Location: Seabrook Island, SC

GBA created a seamlessly integrated design between indoor and outdoor spaces for Horizon Plan’s new Pelican's Nest. The oceanfront is the prominent feature of the view corridor from the outdoor bar and pool. Interior spaces include a recreation room, retail outlet, kitchen and restrooms.
